BusinessAnnual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society is held during the Annual Conference. The AGM hears reports from the incumbent office bearers of the Society, and endorses the incoming elected office bearers for the following year. The meeting also includes an open business discussion which encourages membership involvement in the Society and promotes responsiveness by the Society to its membership. During the year, office bearers of the Society are empowered to act in an executive capacity for the best interests of the Society. The ASP is bound to its constitution as an Incorporated Association under NSW Law. The new constitution (effective 1 March 2012) can be viewed on this page, or here. Minutes of the AGM are circulated only to members of the ASP. The President's Report, tabled at the 2012 AGM, is available here. Honour roll of past executives |
